Custom Assets Library
Following the initial challenges presented by the creative brief we continue our exploration by creating many icons and symbols as part of a custom visual vocabulary. The goal being to articulate the unique qualities that make up a complex network of information in the shape of an orb, or sphere.
Above is a vector symbol set created in Adobe Illustrator and made up of a selected 100 graphical elements. These icons are essential in the our discovery and will be used to generate many other elements such as 3d geometry, decorative UI elements and backgrounds.
Moodboard and Reference Libraries
General interest boards serve as a collection of example typepography and visual references. Additional boards are available here for reference:
- alpha-numeric references : The following collection will be used to sort through abstract typefaces that can bring an alien quality to the font choices that will define the language used in the series.
- hex object reference : This selection of images serve to reference inspiration and visual similarities that will be applied in the creation and exploration of our main subject in the series.
- style and design references : Lastly we have a collection of images that span a broad range of looks and will contribute to our series’ visual narrative.
