-This is the first interpretation of the hex object created completely in Blender 2.76 and composited in Adobe Photoshop. The main goals here are to layer multiple renders creating negative space and a composition that reveals a solid hex core. Some of the main techniques used in this set include particle instancing of the hexagonal object and wireframe modifiers.

-This second image was produced to showcase many of the symbols created in Illustrator as part of the visual language of the “hex object”. In an attempt to unite both graphic design with 3d models, the objective here is to combine both styles into one story that can guide the viewer through a multitude of elements that make up a spherical data system.
