– Inspired on mid-20th century sci-fi, this grayscale composition uses traditional interface display design that constrains a series of layered spiked rims and wireframe structures leading the viewer to focus on the solid object core. The motif borrows from older films and tv shows to represent a complex data network comprised of light and shadow.

-Using a darker palette and a cube as the center of the hex object, this design challenges the prior in both color and aesthetic. It also continues the retro look by limiting the color palette to match complementary colors used in sci-fi pre 1990s. Purple clouds highlight the top of the hex object’s outer dot-structured membrane while bright yellow data characters emanate from its surface and orbit the sphere.
